These are the Guidelines and
Rules of
The Camping and Caravanning
Club
Sites usually open at 4.00pm. Some may open early so check the Out
and About or contact the
Site Secretary Ken Wansall or the Chairman Dave Banks
Vehicles must not exceed 5 MPH whilst on site.
All units and visitors must report to the stewards on arrival.
No ball games to be played any where in the fields,
where there is Caravans or tents, not even outside your own units.
No riding bikes on the fields where there are Caravans
or tents,not even outside your own units.
Please take all rubbish home with you on weekends meet. Only Temporary
Holiday Site have some where for you to put your rubbish.
Waste water may be disposed of at the side of the field under the hedges.
You will need your own toilet as there are no facilities on any of
our sites.
The stewards will tell you where the elsan emptying point is.
Please do not take any part of your toilet to the drinking
tap.
Dogs must be on a lead whilst outside your unit and leads should not
extend more than six feet.
Dogs must be exercised off site.
Under No circumstances can a dog be taken into the Party Tents
or the Barns, unless it is a
guide dog in the charge of a blind person.
Also can all parents and guardians make sure that children do not play
round other members units with dogs that are not their own.
Fire buckets should be placed outside your unit.
Units should not be sited less than 20 feet from your
nearest neighbour unit.
On some sites units will be sited by stewards due to size of the field.
Radios and televisions should be kept to a personal level.
Please inform the stewards if you wish to use a generator.
Please keep noise to the minimum between 11.00pm and 7.00am
Parents are responsible for their children's behaviour on site
and the steward has the right to ask you to leave if they cause damage
to the farm buildings or trees and other camper's property
The steward has overall responsibility for the meet
and any queries or complaints should be discussed with him or her.
