Again we have some camping to look forward to this year. We've got some relaxing weekends and some big weekend meets.

Our Charity weekend meet is going to be Cowgate Farm at Hawkinge near Folkestone. Then our first Temporary Holiday will follow on so please make note, so you do not go to the wrong site.

I know that a lot of you get Region Site Books at the beginning of the

year but note that some meetings may be changed so it's always best to look in the Out and About or keep a eye on this website, as

I will be up dateing the site as the year goes on. If you want any information about anything please always e-mail me or the chairman

we are here to help you if we can.You can do that on the contact page.

So enjoy your year camping with East Kent DA and we look forward to seeing you on site.

Dogs are welcome but please stick to the Club rule

Dogs and other pets must be kept under control at all times. No animal to be loose on the site and must always be on a

six feet long lead if outside the unit. Dog owners must exercise their pets in any special area provided or off the site. Pets should not be permitted to foul on site but if they do the owner is responsible for cleaning the area.

The stewards may instruct any camper to remove his or her pet from the site if, in his or her opinion, it creates a nuisance.

Under No circumstances can a dog be taken into the Party Tents or the Barns, unless it is a guide dog in the charge of a blind person. You are welcome to sit outside the party tent with your dog but do not take them inside.

Also can all parents and guardians make sure that children do not play around other members units with dogs that are not their own.

We have had to do this as the committee has had a number of complaints sent to us. It is not that we do not like dogs some of the committee members have dogs, so this goes for all DA members.

Please remember not all members like dogs or cats and we are trying to keep everyone happy

when they camp with East Kent DA
