Wanted Recommended Sites

We are planning an extended Holiday when we retire and would very much appreciate information on five up or small sites around the country. The areas we are looking for are the East Coast, around York, Whitby and North Yorkshire, East and West Coast of Scotland, the Highlands, Cumbria and anywhere else you might think of. (keep it clean as we will be back)

If you know of any sites you can recommend you can e-mail us at petejac.covill@virgin.net or via the Web Master.

Thanks Pete & Jacqui Covill

I would just like to say thank you to everyone that helped me out when I arrived this weeked. I arrived without husband but had hyper child in tow!!. My van was towed onto my pitch for me where I was then helped to level up etc.. I had help turning the gas on and help with my water heater when it started to leek. All help was greatfully received and much appreciated. Needless to say now I have been shown how to do things I will be able to do them on my own next time!!!!!

Hi

My name is Steve Atkins, my wife and 2 grandchildren have just spent 9 nights at the Cowgate site near Folkestone. What a great site, and the stewards who were in charge of the site were very helpful and made us feel really welcome. They gave us lots of information including ways to get discounts on the ferry. they organised games, bingo, a quiz and dont lets forget the bonus ball (Which we won) they even organised a coffee morning on Sundays. I know you dont get electric hook ups or toilets, but with most caravaners this does not matter. I would definitely recommend this THS for next year. We will certainly be going back.

Once again many thanks to all the Stewards
